Keith Adams

It was with great sadness that we heard the news that Keith Adams, a longstanding member of EHHPS, died on Saturday 22 April.

Keith was a member of Ealing for more than 30 years; during that time he held most positions on committee and was President twice. He worked tirelessly to promote the club and help new members with their photography. He set up a longstanding friendship with Highcliff and Infinity Camera Club on the south coast – in fact, the away team still visit annually to compete against Highcliff.

Keith was also a great socialiser, and organized many club visits to local restaurants. Together with his wife Liz, he helped run numerous club barbecues, bonfire night bashes and picnics, which raised substantial funds to help the club continue to prosper.

Keith achieved much photographic success at both club level and in international competitions. He was a member of the RPS, having achieved an LRPS at a very early stage in his photography, and had numerous acceptances in RPS competitions. Keith was also a judge on the CACC circuit, and his judging ability meant that he was never short of bookings.

He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him at Ealing and through local CACC clubs.

Our deepest sympathy goes to Liz.
